Procurement

Following the establishment of a comprehensive strategy, ATI procures the equipment and manages the roll out and user training while overseeing the day-to-day of supply provisioning and support services.

ATI has chosen to remain vendor independent to guarantee ATI’s advantage for the most comprehensive fit for a fully optimised solution. ATI only recommends manufacturers that meet the equipment specification, have strength in maintenance and support and are industry leaders in their specific technology.

ATI’s expert knowledge is complemented by superior buying power which ensures that the cost of equipment and supplies helps us in maximising your savings.

In most cases it is the cost of support, the consumables and their procurement, rather than the cost of the device, that leads to unmanaged and hidden costs. ATI links consumables management and streamlined support to its strategy to ensure that any equipment selection is based on “total cost of ownership” not just the initial outlay.

Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) = Equipment + Consumables + Time

Through ATI’s independent knowledge and experience we ensure that there are no hidden costs associated with the devices we recommend for your organisation. ATI take a unique approach by providing consolidated information about the TCO of recommended equipment which is then managed and measured against our initial agreed strategy.

Following Procurement, ATI implements a ‘Rollout, Implementation and User Training Strategy’ that involves key stakeholders and provides a coordinated and managed approach.

Training is tailored to suit the organisation and its unique structure and culture. It is then managed at four levels; users, administrators, technical support and help desk.

User satisfaction is critical to the success of ATI’s managed service and the results your organisation can gain. As such, user satisfaction is continually measured to ensure the services provided align with the organisational requirements. The result is then reported against each of the deliverables defined in our initial strategy.
