Following Procurement, ATI implements a ‘Rollout, Implementation and User Training Strategy’ that involves key stakeholders and provides a coordinated and managed approach. Training is tailored to suit the organisation and its unique structure and culture. It is then managed at four levels; users, administrators, technical support and help desk. User satisfaction is critical to the success of ATI’s managed service and the results your organisation can gain. As such, user satisfaction is continually measured to ensure the services provided align with the organisational requirements. The result is then reported against each of the deliverables defined in our initial strategy. |
