Returns Policy
Unlike other online businesses which operate outside of the Australian Consumer Law, ATI Australia Pty Limited take our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) very serious. If you believe we have breached our obligations please contact us first to help for a smooth, quick remedy. This may include refund, repair or replacement.
ATI Australia Pty Limited will refund a product if it is faulty, does not match the description either from the website, datasheet or a staff member of ATI Australia Pty Limited has provided incorrect information. Unfortunately, ATI Australia Pty Limited will not refund your purchase if you change your mind, find a better price (if this happens please contact us).
It is best practice to retain the invoice or receipt, however, if lost please do not stress, simply contact us as we will have a record of your purchase in our system.

If a product has been specifically requested and ordered, we reserve the right to impose in ‘indent item, no returns’ classification on the product. If this is to occur, the quote or correspondence will inform you of this. Please check all available technical information to make sure that it is the appropriate product. If the product is faulty, we will gladly provide an appropriate remedy.
If a product is faulty, not as described, please contact us to arrange free postage options. Please note we will not charge a restocking fee (a kick in the gut charge) if a refund is needed if the item is faulty or not as we described. If the package on the return item is damaged or lost please do not worry as this is not required if it is faulty but it is highly appreciated as we may be able to re-sell the item.
If you are not happy with your purchase or change your mind, please contact us to see if we can improve the situation, we may at our discretion offer a credit or refund if the item is a fast moving item or likely to be able to be resold.
Please note that when issuing a refund, we will not proceed the refund until the unit is returned to us.
